Lauren went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me today. I am a new client, and didn't know the salon location was not wheelchair accessible, so she came out and LIFTED MY CHAIR up the escalator with a coworker like an absolute badass. When it came to the actual haircut, she was attentive, enthusiastic, and had great vision for the cut, and executed it basically perfectly, all while being friendly and personable! I am excited to book with her again in a few months.
